Most all of our boilers are made of cast iron. Cast iron hot water boilers have life expectancies of 20 to 30 years or more. Cast iron is very durable and reliable. It heats up very rapidly and takes a long time to cool down, thus providing comfortable, efficient heating to your family.
Peerless boilers also have a large water content. Since cast iron cools down very slowly, the water inside of the boiler stays hotter longer. This provides additional heat with minimal boiler firing, assuring high efficiency and extending the life of the boiler components.
All our residential boilers have features that make them ideal for installation in your home. The low profile design allows for easy replacement of your existing boiler and installation in low head room areas. A flame rollout safety shutoff switch or differential pressure switch are provided to assure safe operation. The gas valve and burners are located in a closed vestibule to protect them from tampering and damage. Brand name controls are used to assure you of readily available replacements, should your boiler need servicing. These installation and operation features assure you that our gas and oil boilers are safe and efficient.
Buderus manufactures domestic hot water tanks for practically every application - from residential on up to large commercial applications. Water capacities range from 32 to 258 gallons.

The Tankless Coil
The tankless coil is simply a copper coil which is immersed into the boiler's water. As your domestic water runs through this coil, the heat from the hot water inside of your boiler is transferred to the water inside the coil. This newly heated, fresh water is then available for your use; whether it be for your dishwasher, washing machine or a hot shower. A tankless coil will typically provide hot water for your family at the rate of approximately 3 to 6 gallons per minute, depending on the size of the boiler.
The Peerless® Partner® Indirect-Fired Water Heater
The Peerless® Partner® indirect-fired water heater provides a true advancement in hot water production. As hot water is piped out of your boiler, it flows into a highly efficient coil inside of the Peerless Partner water heater tank. The heat from the water flowing through the coil is transferred to the domestic water inside the unit. The heavily insulated tank of the Peerless Partner stores the hot water until you need it. This method of heating your domestic water is very efficient. In fact, the Peerless Partner indirect-fired water heater has two or more times the recovery rate of a stand-alone, gas-fired water heater and supplies as much as five times the amount of hot water as a comparable-sized electric water heater. This assures you and your family of ample supplies of hot water for your laundry, dishwasher and even whirlpool baths.
