Postion: Service Manager
Hours: Exempt - Full Time
The Service Manager is responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of the service department by assuring a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding department financial and growth objectives while retaining a skilled, motivated and productiveworkforce.
Specifically, the Service Manager oversees the day to day dispatching, inventory, billing, safety, payroll and productivity responsibilities of the service department, oversees the technicians through the department’s lead and works in coordination with members of the Division’s sales and operations team.
